Amy Fothergill, The Family Chef will prepare a seasonal risotto with produce from The HEAL Project farm and Farm Fatales - and show you how to make your own at home! Richard Gras, Chef de Cuisine, Navio Ritz Carlton, pairs up with Left Coast Grass- Fed Beef and Daylight Farms to create an entree exclusively for this event. Lewis Rossman, Executive Chef & Partner, Sam’s Chowderhouse teams up with Half Moon Bay fishermen and Guisti Farms for the ultimate in Coastside Cuisine. Kevin Koeble, The Rogue Chef is partnering with Jacobs Farm to present an array of seasonal side dishes specially designed to complement this evening’s meal. Jenn Papa, 3Bee Baking Company combines world famous Harley Farms products with Ben’s Eggs and Eda’s Coast- grown Meyer lemons to create seasonal sensations especially for this event.
