Have you heard of the Green Fellows?Green Fellow donors help The HEAL Project stay sure-footed and maintain the many infrastructure improvements we have brought to our campus gardens by contributing a modest amount each month. These contributions sustain The HEAL Project with the consistent, reliable support we need to train and retain our instructors, provide supplies for our classroom programs as well as our popular Noontime Sports and Games sessions, make several field trips possible for our local kids, and ensure this proven, award winning program will thrive through the seasons.

Did you know...

The HEAL Project Garden is the first school garden in the State of California to earn a Certified Producers Certificate from the Department of Agriculture? This certificate is required to sell produce at a Certified Farmers’ Market, and put The HEAL Project in the unique position of being the only school farm able to lawfully sell student grown produce to the public. A biologist from the Department of Agriculture visits the HEAL Project pilot gardens each year to renew the Certificate. Each student must identify the specific produce they are growing, know the harvest season and forecast the average yield for each fruit, vegetable, herb and flower produced, providing a unique and invaluable learning experience for HEAL Project students.

1. Type in a giving level and complete the donation transaction for December. You will receive an option to download a self-printable HEAL Gift Card.

2. Enroll yourself or a gift recipient in the Monthly Pledge program. You can either
   1. Complete the enrollment form online. To ensure your transaction security, you will then be contacted by the HEAL Project to provide your payment processing details.
   2. Click here to download an enrollment form. Return the completed pledge form via email or by regular mail to the HEAL Project, P.O. Box 3051, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019.

Once your form has been processed, you will receive confirmation with details of your pledge order, to begin in January 2011, from The HEAL Project.
