The 26-27 Field Trip Season is Open!

Welcome to the farm!

The HEAL Project’s Farm Field Trips are a favorite activity for more than 5,000 kids from the Bay Area every year. Join us on the farm and help your students:

  • Get hands-on learning with plants, compost, worms, and more

  • Harvest veggies right from the ground

  • Prepare healthy snacks (and enjoy eating them!)

  • Take a nature hike and feel their minds calm down in the peaceful hills

TK-5 Experiences

New this season! We’re rolling out brand new field trip experiences by grade level. All trips:

  • Meet CA Next Generation Science Standards (including new Climate Change requirements!)

  • Include Social-Emotional Learning elements

  • Are available in fall and spring, with adaptation for the season as appropriate.

Your field trip is by far one of the best programs I have ever taken a class to. This was a very special learning experience for the students and has inspired me to renew my efforts to dedicate more time to the outdoor classroom.
— Pauline, 3rd Grade Teacher
