Organizational Strategy
Strategic Plan
Many organizations spend lots of time (and lots of money) on long, detailed documents with charts, graphs, and lots of words. But these documents don’t get used much, and are out of date fast.
Ours is a little different.
Five years. One Page. Tons of potential.
Our strategic plan is rooted in intellectual honesty: our world changes fast, and so do the opportunities and challenges we face as an organization. What we need to navigate this reality is a clear sense of identity, priorities, and intentions that our staff and board can use to set goals, respond to change, and test opportunities.

At The HEAL Project, strategy is a living process, and at the moment, you’ll find our staff actively honing the Vision section above - mapping today’s landscape, setting priorities, and putting flexible work plans in place. There isn’t any “secret” 20-page document, but please dive into these longer posts if you want to learn more about a couple of the key concepts and perspectives that drive this plan.
