Volunteer at The HEAL Farm

Our volunteers are central to the responsible stewardship of our land and our programs.

Volunteering at The HEAL Project is a rewarding experience. In exchange for your donated time you can expect to:

  • Have plenty of outdoor, educational fun

  • Make new friends (human and 🐌!)

  • Maybe even improve your green thumb!

We especially love to cultivate relationships with volunteers who are interested in being part of our community long-term. Some volunteers move into leadership roles, like helping staff our Community Farm Days and other group events on the farm.

In addition to opportunities for individuals, we offer customized experiences for corporate volunteering as well as school and youth group volunteering.

Drop-in Volunteering

Anyone can join us for an upcoming Community Farm Day! No experience necessary.

Ongoing Volunteering

If you’re interested in ongoing volunteering at The HEAL Project Farm, you will be asked to complete a volunteer application to help us match your abilities and schedule with our farm needs. After applying, you’ll complete a volunteer orientation, scheduled every month.

Next Volunteer Orientation:

Volunteer orientations are held the second Saturday of each month from 10:00 - 11:30, during Community Farm Day.

Location:
The HEAL Project Farm
